With continual enrollment, you can start at Windsor Welding institute on any Monday. You won’t be waiting for September or January semester start dates and will be out in the workforce sooner.
- First: Contact us to take a tour. We have no obligation information sessions where you will learn about our program and see if it is right for you.
- Second: Meet Entrance Requirements. Applicants for training must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (mature student status), and must successfully complete a superintendent approved qualifying test.

This private career college is registered under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, the programs at Windsor Welding Institute qualify for Employment Ontario and/or Second Career financial assistance. If you’ve been eligible for Employment Insurance in the past 5 years, you may get funding to help cover all or a portion of the course cost. Contact Service Ontario or an Action Centre near you and they will help you determine if you are eligible.
